In this study, we analyze three of the most evaluated and important indicators in companies when evaluating the work environment: salary, feedback from the supervisor, and organizational culture. For each of them, the aggregated results by age and sex are included.
The study involved 672 people from companies with more than 50 employees, from different sectors that operate in Spain.
