Team Building Process

It is known as the process of using daily activities, exercises and interactions to organize a group of people and transform it into one where there is cooperation and cohesion.

Some examples of Team Building activities are: get-to-know-you activities (team sports, a day away from the office, culinary activities in which everyone brings a prepared dish, etc. ), problem-solving activities (such as rallies and gymkhanas) and humanitarian activities (days to collect aid for victims of a natural disaster, cleaning the environment, days of reforestation, etc.)
