The data we use and process have been consciously and explicitly provided by users and clients when completing registration forms.
Your data will become part of a Client and User File for which we maintain a Record of Processing Activities (mandatory after 25/05/2018) in accordance with the requirements of the European Regulation.

HRider in motion, S.L. (Hrider) has corporate profiles on major social networks (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn) and is, in all cases, responsible for the processing of the data of its followers, fans, subscribers, commentators, and other user profiles.
The processing carried out by HRider in motion, S.L. (Hrider) with such data will be limited to what the social network allows for corporate profiles and will always be for informational purposes.
Therefore, HRider in motion, S.L. (Hrider) may inform its followers by any means allowed by the social network about news, updates, offers, and promotions related to our services.
Furthermore, HRider in motion, S.L. (Hrider) has a Blog dedicated to sharing insights on Human Resources and Talent Management trends. This space publishes news of interest related to our activities.
Likewise, the User is informed that the storage of data and information that are part of Hrider may be subcontracted to a third party (Data Processor), which will have the same security measures as indicated and always to ensure the proper provision of this service.
HRider in motion, S.L. guarantees compliance with legislation on international data transfers since its main servers are located within the European Economic Area. The countries of the European Economic Area offer sufficient guarantees, and it is not legally considered an international data transfer.
Hrider ensures risk management and carries out activities that allow for the control of threats through the identification and assessment of risks, as well as measures for their reduction or mitigation. Hrider has appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to ensure an adequate level of security according to the risk.
