The ATS is a software that brings together all the steps of a hiring process. These softwares help companies organize their selection and hiring processes, being able to collect, organize and filter applicants.

The ATS allows from recruiting talent in the most agile way, to managing candidates, collecting and classifying all resumes, saving costs and avoiding errors and human biases.

It is common in this type of system to use keywords related to the position to be filled. This way, the software establishes a classification method based on comparing the functions that define the position with the information offered in the curriculum of each candidate.
