Psychosocial risks

Psychosocial risks are all those work conditions that have a high probability of affecting the physical or psychological health of the worker. Psychosocial risks affect the fundamental rights of the worker.

The main psychosocial risk factors are:

  • Manual handling of loads
  • Relational conflicts (clients, patients...)
  • Poor communication
  • Discrimination
  • Irregular schedules or long working hours
