High Performance
When we refer to the term "High Performance", we are talking about the exceptional level of performance of a team, department or company as a whole. It does not refer to a specific individual, but to the overall functioning of the system when it is able to consistently achieve superior results.
In this context, a high performance organization does not rely solely on individual talent, but on the combination of factors such as leadership quality, clarity of objectives, coordination between teams, organizational culture and the ability to adapt to change.
High performance in the workplace also involves intentional talent management and internal processes, where measurement, feedback and continuous improvement play a key role.
