Employees' ability to develop commitment, to a greater or lesser extent, to an organization and its culture. It can be measured as a competency. It is reflected in the degree to which employees identify with the company's values, engage with shared goals, and are willing to remain with the organization and contribute to its long-term success. Organizational loyalty is strengthened when people perceive trust, recognition, development opportunities, and consistency between what the company communicates and what it actually does.
