Incentive

An incentive is additional compensation for those employees who perform well or whos performance the organization seek to improve. Incentives attempt to tie compensation to employee productivity.

 

There is a wide variety of incentives because each employee may have different preferences. Creating an ideal incentive program will involve reviewing the incentives on offer and adjusting them as necessary. Thus, the organization will ensure that its current incentives are the best so that its employees feel valued and recognized.
