HR Business Partner

A person in charge of uniting the Human Resources department with the rest of the organization, their position is key because it generates plans that meet the objectives set.
 
The Business Partner represents a visible and close figure for the employees but also has a general vision of the business, of the corporate, commercial and production aspects.
 
Its main functions are:
  • Strategic management of HR area processes. Thanks to the general vision they have of the organization, they can identify future problems and anticipate making recruitment processes more efficient.
  • Training. After recruitment, through ongoing training, workers feel more supported and valued, which represents added value for the company.
  • Employer Branding. Promote and bring to life the corporate culture of the company to attract the ideal candidates.
  • Development of new processes. Collaborating with the management of the company, observe what type of functions are carried out in each job position in order to promote digitization, revitalizing the classic labor structures.
