Employee Lifetime Value

Employee Lifetime Value (ELTV), or the Talent Value Curve, is a metric used to assess the long-term value of an employee within an organization. It is inspired by the marketing concept of customer lifetime value, which measures the total value a customer brings to an organization over the course of that relationship.
 
ELTV begins on an employee's first day of employment with a company and ends on the employee's last day of employment with that company.
