Score Required
In order for the reports of any evaluation process to be consistent with the needs of each organization, it is necessary that in the evaluation model, in addition to configuring which indicators to evaluate, the degree or score required to achieve each of these is defined. In HRider, defining the required score of an indicator is very simple. Just click on the grade or score:
