Outsourcing

Also known as subcontracting, outsourcing or externalisation, outsourcing is a process in which the employer transfers certain responsibilities to an outside provider who performs these tasks for the company.

 

Outsourcing is usually contracted because it is an administrative task that requires a lot of time for the organization and because there are many specialised companies with the technology and knowledge to execute it in an efficient and compatible way.
