Training
After recruiting and placing a new employee in your position, it is necessary to train and develop their skills. It is also vital to continuously train any member of an organization's staff. Training is a systematic process made up of activities aimed at acquiring new knowledge or updating it in order to achieve the organization's objectives effectively.
