Outdoor training is a learning methodology whose objective is for people to learn through experience and direct experience of activities and situations to be developed, these being similar to those that can occur in real life. Its purpose is to improve the talent, skills and competencies of the workers of a company.
 
Outdoor training is often used for the development of business management and for the development of key skills such as communication, cooperation and conflict resolution. It also focuses on improving teamwork between employees and managers.
