90º assessment

In a 90-degree performance appraisal, it is the Supervisor who assesses the employee.
 
What the manager thinks of his subordinate's work is fundamental for the development of the tasks. He or she is in charge of articulating the mechanisms that will guide the employee's Career Plan and is also the person who will give him or her the necessary feedback to know his or her strengths and weaknesses.
